This elite classification allows Microsoft to fast-track lucrative job offers—sometimes within just 24 hours—matching Meta’s impressive salaries and adding jaw-dropping signing bonuses worth millions of dollars. Sources familiar with the matter claim such offers are becoming increasingly common as competition for top AI minds intensifies across Silicon Valley and beyond.

Mega Salaries and Eye-Popping Bonuses

Industry insiders point to examples that showcase the staggering sums involved. Sam Altman, CEO of OpenAI, has previously suggested that some of Meta’s most sought-after AI experts are being tempted with signing bonuses reaching $100 million.
